Open to residents of one of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico) who, as of September 26, 2008, are 18 years of age or older. Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on September 18, 2009, and ends on December 1, 2009. To enter online, starting September 18, 2009, at 12:01 AM PST participants must visit the Sweepstakes website located at http://www.lunaboston.com/instylesweepstakes.aspx and follow the links and instructions provided for online entry. Online entries must be received before 11:59 AM PST on December 31, 2009.

Limit one entry per person per day. Sweepstakes winners shall be selected from a random drawing held on or about January 1, 2010 from among all eligible entries received. Winners shall be notified by email. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Prize and approximate retail value (a.r.v.): Ten (10) Grand Prize winners will receive a single $50 Luna Boston gift card (approximate retail value $50). Luna Boston LLC ("Sponsor") reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value in case of prize unavailability. Items in Grand Prize are provided in "AS IS" condition.

Computer entries shall be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation shall void all such submissions by such methods.

Employees of Sponsor, and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. Only one prize per family, household or address. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except as provided herein. All federal/state/local taxes are the sole responsibility of prize winner. All federal/state/local laws and regulations apply. Each potential prize winner (or, if a minor, the winner's parent or legal guardian) must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release/Prize Acceptance Form within 15 days of notification. Non-compliance with these rules or return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

By participating, entrants (or, if a minor, the entrant's parent(s) or legal guardian(s)) agree that the Sponsor, those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation, and distribution of this promotion and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their respective directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion ("Indemnified Parties") shall not be liable for any and all claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this Sweepstakes, including entry and participation in this Sweepstakes and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize. All entrants (or, if a minor, the entrant's parent(s) or legal guardian(s)) further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes, they shall indemnify the Indemnified Parties from any and all such claims, including the attorney's fees related thereto. The Indemnified Parties shall not be liable for entries and winner notification responses that are delayed, lost, misdirected, mis-delivered, marked postage-due, mechanically reproduced, illegible, mutilated, incorrect, incomplete, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way and such entries will not be eligible for this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any technical or other malfunctions of the telephone network, computer on-line system, computer equipment, software, program malfunctions or other failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human, mechanical or technical in nature, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any part of this Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible for the prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor further reserves the right to modify the rules of the Sweepstakes in any way at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by Massachusetts law. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Massachusetts courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes and that venue shall be only in Boston, Massachusetts.

All entries and materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and shall not be acknowledged or returned. By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants agree that Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the Sweepstakes and its determination of the winners is final. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decision of the judges, which are final. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising, publicity and television broadcast purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited.
